Project Management Practice

The Course in Project Management Practice is specifically designed for those people involved in the development and/or execution of workplace projects as a team member. The syllabus focuses on core competencies such as: defining and developing project scope, development and implementation of schedules, budget development, quality control and expenditure management, establishing suitable skilled team and managing performance, communication processes, addressing stakeholder needs, procurement activities, risk analysis and mitigation.
